The terms that apply to enroling in and attending courses at Chetana's Beauty Academy.
Fees and instalments
Course fees, instalment options and payment schedules are confirmed in writing by our admissions team before you enrol. Please obtain the applicable written fee terms for your chosen course before making any payment. Where instalments are offered, the full schedule and any late-payment consequences are stated in those written terms.
Attendance
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions of their batch. Regular attendance is important because our training is practical and hands-on. Minimum attendance requirements for certification, where applicable, are shared with you at enrolment. Please ask our admissions team about the attendance requirement for your specific course.
Missed classes
If you miss a class, please inform your instructor or the admissions team. We will try to help you cover the missed content in a future batch subject to seat availability. Repeated absence may affect your eligibility for certification under the attendance requirement for your course.
Batch changes
Requests to change batches are considered subject to seat availability in the requested batch. Please contact the admissions team as early as possible. Batch changes are not guaranteed and any applicable conditions are confirmed in writing at the time of the request.
Student conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct, respect fellow students and staff, and follow academy hygiene and safety rules. Misconduct, including disruptive behaviour or misuse of academy property, may result in removal from a batch without refund, in line with the written terms agreed at enrolment.
Online class rules
Where sessions are offered online, students must not record, share, re-upload or redistribute any class recordings, live sessions or course material. All course content, recordings and material remain the intellectual property of Mrs. Chetana Salian and Chetana's Beauty Academy. Sharing or re-uploading content may result in removal from the course without refund and may carry further consequences.

The specific terms for payments, cancellation, refunds, attendance and certification for your course are confirmed in writing by our admissions team before enrolment.
