How Chetana's Beauty Academy collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.
Information we collect
When you enquire about a course, we collect the details you provide in our forms. This includes your full name, WhatsApp phone number, your learning interest, your experience level, your preferred start and your training budget. If you use the homepage Career Match Form, your answers are saved progressively as you complete each step, so your details are retained even if you do not finish the form in one sitting.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and provide admissions guidance. This includes contacting you on WhatsApp and, only if you ask, by phone, to discuss suitable courses, schedules and next steps. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
WhatsApp consent
Before you submit your details, you are asked to agree to be contacted by Chetana's Beauty Academy on WhatsApp about your enquiry. Your consent is recorded with a timestamp. You may withdraw this consent at any time by replying to our message or contacting us, and we will stop messaging you.
CRM processing and analytics
Your enquiry details are stored in our admissions system so our team can follow up with you. We may use analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website, but we do not send your name or phone number as ordinary analytics event parameters. Internal lead priority (such as how soon you wish to start) is used only by our admissions team to respond appropriately.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and withdraw your consent. To do so, contact our admissions team at +91 89041 73914. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, you have the right to access, correct and request erasure of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for its processing at any time.

Next to each enquiry form on this website, you will see a short consent line asking whether you agree to be contacted by Chetana's Beauty Academy on WhatsApp about your enquiry. This consent is unchecked by default. We will only message or call people who have enquired with us and given this consent.
