What happens if a student drops out, misses a batch, or the Academy cancels or reschedules a batch.
Cancelling before the batch starts
If you cancel your enrolment in writing before your batch begins, the admission fee may be refunded according to the written terms shared with you at the time of payment. Please request the exact refund timeline and any applicable processing charges from our admissions team before paying, as these depend on the course and payment method.
Dropping out after a batch starts
If a student drops out after a batch has started, refunds are governed by the written terms agreed at enrolment. As a general principle, fees for training already delivered are non-refundable. Any remaining balance is assessed case by case. Please contact our admissions team in writing to discuss your situation.
Missing classes or a batch
If you miss individual classes, we will try to help you cover the missed content in a future batch subject to seat availability. Missing classes does not automatically entitle you to a refund. If you are unable to join your confirmed batch at all, please inform us in advance so we can consider transferring your enrolment to a later batch where seats are available.
If the Academy cancels a batch
If Chetana's Beauty Academy cancels a batch before it begins, you may choose a full refund of fees already paid or transfer your enrolment to the next available batch at no extra cost. If the Academy reschedules a batch, we will inform enrolled students in advance and offer the option to join the new schedule or request a refund where the new dates do not work for you.
How to request a refund
All refund and cancellation requests must be made in writing to our admissions team. Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method within the timeline stated in your enrolment terms. Please obtain the applicable written refund and cancellation terms from our admissions team before making any payment, as the website description is not a binding statement of these terms.
